A Director on a template platform, and it works.

What they show

A UXfolio-built site positioning her as a design and content leader with 20+ years shaping systems that make complex technology human, now leading product and content design teams for AI Wearables at Reality Labs, Meta. Four featured case studies, each labeled with the role she played: Design Sponsor on accessibility for AI glasses (driving organizational change so teams build for everyone), Design Team Lead on user-generated reviews for travel, Principal IC / Design Architect on personalization and UX infrastructure, and a password-protected study on unifying AI experiences for wearables. A teaching entry covers the strategic storytelling workshops she runs on the side. The intro keeps one line of personality: 'powered by coffee and cats. My whiteboard drawings are legendary.'

Why it works at this level

Two things earn this a slot. First, it's a content-strategy leader, and content leadership is almost never represented in portfolio collections; her positioning shows how to frame content and design as one systems discipline rather than a service to it. Second, it's proof you don't need a custom build. The site is on a portfolio template, and the seniority comes entirely from the positioning line and the work, not the container. For leaders who keep not launching because they're waiting to design the perfect site, this is the counterexample.

What to steal

If you're a content or research leader, write your positioning as the systems you shape, not the discipline you came from. Use a template if it gets you live this month; nobody hiring a Director is grading the site chrome. Keep one line of personality in the intro; it's the only place on a leadership site where it belongs.

What I'd change

One thing I'd push on. Every site here is good; this is the note I'd send the author.

The most recent and most relevant case study, unifying AI experiences for wearables, is the one behind a password. For a Director reader, that's the story they came for.
