What this is
Leadership Folios is a curated collection of portfolios from UX and design leaders: managers, directors, VPs, founders and executives. Each entry is annotated with what the site shows, why it works at that level, and what another leader can take from it.
How portfolios are chosen
The leader is public about their role: their name, their title, and where they lead. The site shows what they led, not only what they made: the team they built, the decisions they took, the outcomes that followed. And there is something in it for another leader to take and use, whether a structure, a framing, or a single well-made page.
Who writes the notes
The notes are written by Ben Roach, Senior Staff UX Manager at Google. Each one is written from the public site as it stood on the date the entry was added, so a portfolio that has since changed may no longer match its note.
